The candidate must demonstrate a history of the following:

- Stable employment
- great people skills
- Has an interest in fine cigars and or premium pipe tobacco
- Mature attitude towards work and reliable
- Works well alone while contributing to the team goals
- The position requires several hours of standing, occasional lifting and 8-10 hour shifts.
- Cleaning duties include heavy cleaning such as washrooms, floors, walls and garbage.
- Lighter physical duties include merchandise dusting, shelf cleaning, showcase and windows.
- Selling duties require constant learning for product knowledge, professional customer service skills and consistent application of store policy.
